Art in the Vines at Harvest Kitchen - Seifried Winery in Nelson

Artvine Paint & Sip was created to bring together and celebrate family, friends, great wine, delicious food in stunning venues and share our love of painting and all things creative - all made with love.  Come join us for this fun, relaxing and entertaining Paint & Sip event, within the Seifried Vineyard in Appleby, Nelson.  Create your own masterpiece in our latest "Art in the Vines" series as we continue our Summer Winery Tour in Nelson.  

At this event prepare to have some serious creative fun with some awesome texture paste!!!!  Welcome to playing with palette knives (and your hands), exploring different techniques with the paste, mixing in beautiful bright colours or muted seaside tones.  It's up to you - we will be there to help along the way, everything is provided, even some beautiful and unusual embellishments to add to your creation like shells, jewels, sand - let your creative juices flow!  We provide a beautiful table setting, all your brushes, paint, palette, texture paste, aprons and 2 hours of guided art instruction to give you all the tips and tricks, learn brush strokes, colour mixing and bring your sense of humour because it's always fun!

Discover the modern, fresh menu featuring seasonal and local produce while you soak up the afternoon sunshine amongst the vines the vineyard café.  Harvest Kitchen offers lunch à la carte, platters and grazing plates to share, served alongside their favourite Seifried wines and local brews from Hop Federation and Capital Cider.

The Seifried family has been pouring heart and soul into every bottle since 1973, when Hermann and Agnes grafted, planted and tended the first grapes in the Nelson region, raising their three children amongst the vines. Today, they remain a family estate winery. They grow it, harvest it, make it and take meticulous care with each step, from soil to bottle, for the love of family and good wine.
